Autoimmune is a disease of growing concern, with more people being diagnosed with the illness, but very few being cured. On a broad scale, the reason for this is that there is still a level of trust or attachment to the health care system that makes this diagnosis, and to a large extent, to their drugs and procedures that are allegedly the best options for your health.
The reason the symptoms described as autoimmune persist isn’t on the heads of the health care system alone, but they do play a major role in perpetuating lies about the disease, with little to no answers to actually removing the cause of it. One of those biggest lies is their infantile reasoning that the body is attacking itself, which is akin to saying that the creator made a mistake, but doctors will fix it with synthetic and toxic pharmaceuticals.
It’s as funny as it is sad.
Having said that, the reasons people continue to deal with autoimmune are plenty, but it really comes down to these 5 mistakes.
The first one is thinking, getting, and believing a diagnostic is going to find the reasons for autoimmune and actually result in a plan that fixes it. This has rarely if every happened in the conventional medical field. Saying your body is attacking itself, or that the immune system is the problem and needs to be dialled down, are not reasons for autoimmune disease, but distractions from the cause itself. Any medicine to address that will be synthetic and toxic, and will only superficially address the body’s response to the disease, rather than assisting the body in rooting out the actual cause.
In relation to that, the second mistake is chasing the symptoms. As long as you become hyper focused on addressing the symptoms at the expense of the cause, such as immune suppressing drugs that mitigate the body’s response so symptoms are muted, the cause will remain which ends up in a more harsh condition later that will prematurely end your quality of life. Chasing symptoms is a mug’s game and will leave you with your condition FOREVER.
Now, one common combination for those with autoimmune disease is arthritic type symptoms, fatigue, and weight gain. What better way to loosen up the joints, lose some weight, and feel refreshed than a gym routine, right? Wrong. While it is always important to be active and circulating, there’s very little about a formal exercise routine that is going to solve any of the problems, and in fact, if done too much, it will result in the opposite effect and you will become more fatigued, more sore, and weight can either stick or get worse. That’s because a formal exercise routine outside of simple walking and stretching doesn’t address the major CAUSES of autoimmune disease, infections and nutrient deficiencies and imbalances.
It also may seem logical if your tissues are breaking down or you are feeling sore, that you should eat more protein, and that’s another mistake in the context of consuming more traditional sources, because most people get enough protein in their diets without excessive protein loading that only compromises some major areas responsible for the arthritic condition, that being the small and large intestine and kidneys. The worst part is that this focus distracts from the much better answers, like eating enzyme and probiotic rich foods, that are nutrient dense, and highly anti-infectious, which removes the cause of autoimmune disease mentioned earlier, that being infections and nutrient deficiencies and imbalances.
Last, but certainly not least, the BIGGEST mistake made and why people keep suffering from autoimmune disease is they lack a diet that MAXIMIZES digestibility. This means eating foods that combine well together, digest well together, and restore the digestive infrastructure to a point where infections cease to exist and the microflora thrive. Once in this state, the blood will purify and be nutrient rich and will flood your organs, glands, bones, and tissues with the resources needs to function optimally.
Those mistakes alone, are more than enough to make resolving an autoimmune condition extremely difficult if not impossible. However, there are many more like believing autoimmune can’t be healed, that conventional wisdom is the right advice, and that those who have NEVER healed it have the answers in their next product, pill, or protocol.
Once you are committed to listening to those who have solved the condition, at the expense of those who haven’t, and adopt a holistic approach around resolution of it with proven guidance that generates real results, mistakes will evaporate and you will finally be able to solve it with much more ease and less effort than you put into trying to do it yourself or with myopic counsel.
As someone who overcame autoimmune and many other disease conditions, and guided hundreds of others, I know all of this to be true. Whether you choose to accept it is up to you, but success leaves clues. I’m one of those clues. If you want fo follow success, you can get a free program consult with me to discuss your situation and potential programs to fix them.
