Autoimmune disease can be complicated due to the various types of insults and permutations that exist to create the multitude of symptoms that are associated with that disease label. This is why a catered approach typically generates the best results, and why I provide personal guidance for those dealing with this condition.

But if you are a stubborn do-it-yourself type of person or have been relegated to try to overcome this disease with limited financial resources, then you need to focus on the biggest factors first before you get fancy, to get the best results for the least amount of time and money invested.

With that in mind, the major factors that need to be intimately addressed are food, supplements, and lifestyle, which includes environmental exposures that need to be mitigated and cleared wherever possible. These four happen to be some of the biggest insults to those with autoimmune disease, and need to be dealt with swiftly, accurately, and efficiently to get your quality of life back on track sooner than later.

1. Radiation – The level of dirty radiation has increased exponentially with the growth of technology in various industries, and now permeates our homes, places of work, and open air spaces. Whether it is home electronics, business equipment, WiFi routers, smart meters, 5G towers, personal devices, or hospital diagnostic equipment, harmful radiation is everywhere.

The constant bombardment on our bodies from these forms of radiation, which may also be referred to as dirty electricity or non-native EMFs, is difficult enough for healthy individuals, but for those with autoimmune it poses an even bigger threat. This is due to underlying biological and chemical infections that are activated or driven deeper into the tissue by non-native EMFs which facilitates greater pain, fatigue, and even confusion. If you don’t have a plan to remove the existing infections and mitigate this environmental radiation, the suffering will continue until BOTH are dealt with adequately. Simply adding pieces to your phone, covering your smart meter, and turning off WiFi is not enough.

2. Heavy Metals – In many cases, metals are placed inside the body from medical injections and metal fillings, but they also can be put into our air supply via various forms of industrial and agricultural pollution as well as weather modification technology. Due to metals being a common embedded insult to those who deal with autoimmune, any additional threats will only make this condition worse. Whether it’s aluminum, barium, lead, or some other toxic metal, their inhalation will increase that toxic load AND can be driven deeper into the tissues by non-native EMFs, causing a firestorm inside the body.

Since many of these methods of pollution can’t be directly controlled, it becomes important to remove the various types of infections and offset the daily threats so they don’t continue to build into your physiology and cause greater concerns. It’s also important to mention that a hasty “metal cleanse” is fraught with dangers that can make your autoimmune condition flare up beyond your capacity to handle it, so treat the removal of metals with the “slow and steady” approach, or otherwise you might be badly burned.

3. Mold – This obnoxious and arguably worst biological infection of them all has the ability to knock down an individual with a relatively clean bill of health, let alone someone with various infections like autoimmune. Unfortunately, mold will suck the oxygen right out of your lungs and tissues, and will only make other infections more complex and dangerous, like the radiation and metals previously noted.

When most people consider mold, they often think of things like black mold hidden or visible in damp places such as window sills, under carpets, beneath sinks, and behind drywall. While this can often be the case and will make an autoimmune condition worse, there are also other forms of mold that are “legally” put in food as a preservative, often under the label of ‘citric acid’.

If you have mold, don’t wait for remediation to happen before you take action with your health goals. In this case, a dramatic increase can happen in your health by removing the burden in your body and essentially outpacing the existing environmental threat so that your net mold burden is down overall. Many make the mistake in believing the mold removal from the home removes the autoimmune condition, but it merely removes the insult, and the real changes happen when the embedded mold in your body is removed, and this also goes for metal fillings where removal is good for avoiding ongoing insults, but does nothing to address the metals that have now leeched into your body.

4. Stress – Last but certainly not least, any form of excessive stress, whether acute or simply chronic and low grade, will activate existing infections inside the body and create another layer of toxicity that only further complicates an autoimmune condition. Those with autoimmune know that when stress or anxiety cranks up, so does their symptoms and often drastically. Bottom line, this ethereal infection will reflect the health of your nervous system, which is often heavily compromised and due to the other threats already mentioned, especially metals.

Maintaining some peace of mind is paramount, and adjusting your perspective or aligning with those who are easy on your system, is very important.

Now, all of these environmental threats are somewhat out of your control, but there are things you can do to mitigate them so they don’t cause more pain, fatigue, and dysfunction inside your body. But there are several factors in your control, like how you eat, supplement, and adjust your lifestyle. When you do those things really well, you can see dramatic improvements despite these environmental factors.

If you’d like to discuss your situation with autoimmune and how I could help you improve your condition dramatically through those methods, book a free program consult with me.
