Autoimmune disease has many symptoms, but a few common ones are pain, inflammation, poor mobility, and lack of energy. There are many possible reasons for these symptoms, but to succinctly and simply explain how this can happen and why autoimmune is so prevalent these days, I’m going to focus on 5 areas that are the genesis of this frustrating disease.

1. Biological infections

The first major area is biological infections, like parasites, bacteria, fungus, and man-made viruses. These infections can be contracted from poor drinking water, contaminated or uncooked food, unhealthy pets, environmental mold, insect bites, medical injections, and more. A failure to properly clear these infections can result in them becoming embedded in your physiology, and circulating in your blood.

You can do short term applications that are anti-infectious by nature like wormwood, oregano oil, garlic, and even ivermectin, BUT this rarely solves a chronic biological infection that is often present in an autoimmune condition, as the entire system needs to be “de-bugged” and this takes proper applications, time, and adjustments so the infections don’t evolve faster than you can knock them out, otherwise they turn into what conventional medicine calls “superbugs”, which ironically, they created by short term, predictable, and toxic medicine like antibiotics.

A more sane and effective approach is a holistic one rooted in nutrition and supplementation that provides many different anti-infectious approaches that kills off these infections faster than they can evolve, AND it also goes to work on removing the protective coating that these infections hide in, known as biofilm or intestinal plaque, so you can strip away that protection and dissolve them with the appropriate food-borne acids. Combining this with supplements like enzymes, probiotics, and minerals, will go a long ways to removing the problem, permanently.

2. Chemical infections

The second major area is chemical infections, most notably glyphosate and heavy metals. These 2 major perpetrators can be placed in the body through conventional food, antibiotics, metal dental fillings, medical injections, environmental pollution, seafood, and more.

These infections are often chronic in nature and can take a longer time to clear properly, and must be treated with care and safety in mind. An aggressive approach to decades long infections can create a strong immune response from the body, and one that the liver can’t clear appropriately, due to incapacitated liver function, like those with MTHFR.

In this case, slow and steady wins the race, with food as a primary chelator, and supplements like organic and lab-verified clays, algae, grasses, and herbs assisting along the way.

3. Ethereal infections

A third major area to consider is ethereal infections, like anxiety, stress, emotional trauma, and non-native EMFs. Long periods of emotional distress, or short acute periods, puts an excessive load on the adrenals and thyroid, both which are implicated in many autoimmune diseases. In addition to that, stressed adrenals also compromise kidney function, which is a major organ implicated in rheumatic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren’s, and ankylosing spondylitis, to name a few. No matter what the collection of causes are, these traumas are often the basis for creating full blown autoimmune issues.

Within this area, we also need to consider non-native EMFs, coming from your cellphone, computer, lights, power lines, vehicles, airplanes, and more. These toxic frequencies can create a consistent low grade stress on your thyroid and other areas of your physiology, and can activate underlying biological infections as well as worsening symptoms from chemical infections, like heavy metals, as well. Once they are active and circulating, or going deeper into the body, you can experience flare ups or acute conditions that can go on for extended periods of time.

There are many ways to mitigate and avoid these issues, from earthing to EMF technology, and creating healthy boundaries and plans to offload some or all of the excess stress you’re experiencing.

4. Nutrient deficiencies/imbalances

Poor seed quality, zero till practices, and excessive agricultural chemicals are creating nutritionally deficient foods, and combining that with excessive “burn rates” in the body due to an overly taxed body, results in nutrient deficiencies and imbalances, which can create chronic health problems like autoimmune. Iodine, magnesium, probiotics, and enzymes are just some of the deficiencies that lead to pain, inflammation, poor mobility, and fatigue, and supplementing with each can have some effects, but can also lead to imbalances and other complications that only make the condition worse.

This is why the nutrients in food, bound and buffered by water and fibres, and in perfect ratios, should be the foundation to any approach that seeks to rectify an autoimmune issue. Supplementation needs to be done carefully, and catered to the individuals needs.

5. Scar tissue/calcification

As a result of various infections, injuries, surgeries, and poor supplementation, scar tissue and calcification can form internally to cause a lack of mobility and pain. With muscle and other tissues becoming contracted, tight, and undernourished due to blockages, this can limit the range of motion of the joints and create unnecessary wear and tear that results in pain.

To break that down, certain physical therapies may be required, along with various nutrients that help dissolve the scar tissue and remove it from the body, as well as any calcification. If scar tissue is an issue, a failure to do that properly will result in continued pain. Chiropractic and massage therapy can assist, but is usually not enough, especially without a nutritional and supplemental protocol.

So how many doctors, conventional or otherwise, have recognized AND addressed ALL these areas, so you can overcome an autoimmune disease? If the answer is none, then this is why you have to continue to live with the unfortunate symptoms brought on by the lack of plans to resolve them. If you have someone who has helped you address these issues, then consider yourself fortunate and your doctor a gem.
