You want to get at it. Clear things up quickly. Get rid of the obnoxious toxins trapped inside your body so you can feel lighter, clear headed, and functional.
I get it. When I was dealing with 13 chronic disease conditions that were ruining my day-to-day life and threatening my very existence on this planet, I was willing to do damn near anything to get more results, faster.
Good thing I didn’t know about certain popular detox products now, or I might have found myself with even more problems than I already had, and that’s saying something.
See, wanting to do a mega detox without respect for the avenues available to release them, is fraught with risks. Would you pump out your septic system if the contents were going to be trapped inside your home?
I didn’t think so.
So when you decide to get healthy and think detox is the first thing you should do, temper that with the risk that if you do it too fast and without proper attention to the pathways that help them out the exit, you might be incurring a physical wrath you wish you hadn’t.
Sure you can keep in mind that your liver and kidneys are going to do a lot of the internal work, but there are other relatively unknown organs like your spleen that will play a predominant role as well, that might not be as functional as the others and can easily become overwhelmed.
Not only that, but years (likely decades) of unknown toxicities being liberated in an area of the body that could easily be suffering energetic blockages due to childhood traumas, emotional upset, anxiety, stress, depression, scars, and bunt force traumas…
Can easily get stuck, instigate a new problem, and compound an already unfortunate situation.
This is where nutrition, supplements and herbs, body work, and other topical applications can help. They can remove the cause of the interference, open up glands and organs, and cultivate energetic pathways (like meridians), to ensure blockages don’t occur or are removed to ensure a successful and less taxing detox.
Will you get this guidance at your doctors office? Haha, no. Will you get it at your natural health professionals office? Unlikely. Both are primarily there for diagnosis and prescriptions/supplements. They don’t typically do comprehensive nutritional plans and mentoring.
These days, avoiding the doctors office or hospital is CRITICAL, for a variety of reasons, mostly related to current events. You never want to be in their hands to fix this type of problem, and when there is stress inside the system, it makes it even more risky.
