What’s missing from your plan to resolve digestive, autoimmune, and other chronic disease conditions?
Likely a lot. And your doctor isn’t giving you enough advice and details.
From MANY consults with those suffering from these types of conditions, I have concluded that chasing the symptoms with drugs and supplements seem to be the most prescribed regimen.
If you get lucky, you will receive some diet tips, like avoiding gluten, dairy, alcohol, coffee, stress, and processed foods, while choosing more clean produce.
There are more holes in that advice than the narrative that we are dealing with a dangerous “pandemic” out there.
So what do you need to know?
First of all, drugs solve NOTHING, when it comes to resolution of the source of the problem that is causing the symptoms. What they will do is tear up your digestive system and pollute your liver, and rob you of many years of quality of life.
Secondly, supplements can be very helpful, but not if they don’t address the core issue and your nutrition is not on point. If you don’t believe me try coming off them for a while and just focus on diet and tell me if your symptoms stay away.
So what is the right diet?
People get confused that eating clean, vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, or Keto is the golden ticket to reversing the source of health concerns. Unfortunately, that is rarely the case. You have to get out of the myopic diet mentality, and start thinking about what causes health problems, and what clears them, before you can land on the proper nutrition plan.
So what causes chronic health problems?
Well, chronic health problems come as a result of two things: Infections and malnourishment. Infections can be biological, chemical, and ethereal. Malnourishment comes from nutrient deficiencies due to poor food and digestive capacity. Those two things combined are the most likely SOURCE of your chronic health issues.
So things like elimination diets can help remove the irritation of various infections (which can numb the symptoms), but it does nothing to remove them and address malnourishment. Supplements can remove some infections and nutrient deficiencies, but can’t overcome a sub par nutritional and lifestyle plan. Drugs address NEITHER, which is why they are completely useless, and harmful to boot.
What you need is a strong nutritional plan that works at removing all those infections, fills in the nutrient deficiencies by optimizing nutrition, its assimilation, and delivery to various areas of the body.
Then you need more than generic lifestyle advice, which is often bland at best. Exercise more, drink more water, stress less…yeah, got it, Einstein. Anyone with a functional internet connection can figure this out in a few minutes if they haven’t already. Where are all the golden nuggets?
Not at your doctors office. That’s where you get a diagnosis, so you can be loaded up with drugs or supplements, and be left to fend for yourself on all the other FINE DETAILS.
So to get back to the original question of what’s missing from your plan to resolve digestive, autoimmune, and other chronic disease conditions…
Mostly, a HEALING and sustainable nutritional plan that can be used long enough to remove the sources of the problem, and therefore, the symptoms. That’s by far the BIGGEST gap I’ve seen in my 7+ years helping people resolve their health problems.
After that, a reasonable amount of supplements (not usually 10 or more) that deliver a synergy of nutrients (not isolated vitamins and minerals) that are lab-verified so you don’t contaminate your body, thinking you are “taking the best”. That’s a deal-breaker.
Then, a lifestyle plan that isn’t the same regurgitated advice that doesn’t yield results in most circumstances. Not complicated, but DETAILED advice that makes a real difference. Something that legitimately addresses your body, mind and soul.
Finally, a practical enlightening that makes you the expert of your body, NOT THEM. Think of it as something like ‘Healing and Health for Dummies”, where you get all the details you need and none that you don’t, so you are now in the LEAD for taking care of yourself.
The way it should be.
I understand that white coats are the first choice for many. I also know that people have been tricked into trusting a system that does nothing to help someone heal, and poisons them instead. How sadistic is that?
I also understand that a natural health professional is usually the next avenue. I also know that they often fall short on DETAILS and advice from a holistic perspective that leaves you with half-assed results and wanting more.
But understand that those who are TRULY healthy, learned from the BEST (those with results) and took their DETAILED advice and put it into ACTION for as long as needed to become well, and to stay that way.
Now you know how I solved 13 chronic disease conditions, with no doctor of any kind, and now teach people how to do the same, in my THRIVE Academy.
Is it time to come to the light side? I sure hope so.
