As with any successful mission, having a functional and detailed plan that can be properly executed will deliver results that are exponentially more impactful than having no real plan, or a discombobulated one.

Although the recipe for reversing chronic disease will vary from condition to condition, 75% of the recipe is the same no matter what disease label you are tagged with. The other 25% accounts for severity of the condition, age of the individual, and specialized guidance that may be required to move them through the process efficiently.

But if you don’t get the 75% of the recipe right, which most people don’t, then you fundamentally can’t solve any chronic health condition properly.

The first part of the recipe is mastering what you put in your mouth. Aside from avoiding the deal breakers like processed flours and sugars, toxic oils, traumatizing preservatives, toxic GMOs, alcohol, and coffee, you need to adopt a HEALING diet, which is much different from most CLEAN DIETS that people have incorporated.

What does that look like?

In short, it’s highly hydrating (NOT from straight water intake), highly anti-microbial, high in plant fibre and binders, high in antioxidants, highly digestible, rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and probiotics, low in fats, low glycemic, and of course, fresh, local, and clean. Most clean diets do not touch all of these important components due to largely dead, nutrient deficient, high in fats, and hard to digest meals, that often have things like coffee and alcohol still in the picture.

So, to reiterate, a HEALING diet is required to reverse a chronic disease condition, and most CLEAN diets are nowhere close to doing the job properly.

The second part of the recipe is getting any supplemental nutrients right for your specific situation. A LOT is messed up here, mostly from spending too much on supplements, and/or not being specific to your needs. If you are taking dozens of supplements or more, and are NOT doing a HEALING diet as outlined earlier, you’re WASTING money and time and will put your quality of life on hold until you do.

Now, if you take the right supplements, that are organic and lab verified, that have cross over, meaning they work on more than one area at a time due to their multi functional effects, you will maximize the synergetic effects and save money, all while resolving your condition faster. Who doesn’t want that? This is a perfect example of how a holistic and multi-purpose effect using plants in their original but reduced format is MUCH more efficient than taking 27 supplements of isolated nutrients where you will pay much more for each bottle, through money and time spent to use them. This is a case of where more is NOT necessarily better, but where simple remains supreme and doing a smaller amount of things very well.

In that vein, using natural, whole food derived or reduced supplements that remove the offending infections, biological, chemical, and/or ethereal, while helping maximize nutrient assimilation and balance to rectify nutrient deficiencies and imbalances, is the ultimate recipe. Knowing what organs or glands that are the most compromised will allow you to target their specific needs that your food intake may not properly or efficiently address, and help you avoid unnecessary supplements that aren’t doing their job at your expense.

The third part of the recipe is getting your lifestyle aligned with success. This means auditing your mindset on your ability to make changes, assessing your hydration, monitoring your sun exposure, understanding your personal non-native EMF hot spots, knowing how to move your body for maximum circulation, and managing relationships properly. There are very simple solutions for these lifestyle pillars and they all have their own recipes, but leveraging the best tools is what will make it easier and more successful overall.

So, to help you stomach all that information, the simplified recipe for reversing chronic disease is:

1. Consume a HEALING diet, not just a clean one, that is highly hydrating, highly anti-microbial, high in plant fibre and binders, high in antioxidants, highly digestible, rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and probiotics, low in fats, low glycemic, and of course, fresh, local, and clean

2. Use no more than 6-8 organic and lab-verified supplements that take a holistic approach and have multi-functional effects that improve the function of all organs and glands rather than using dozens of formulas with individual nutrients that have only a singular and myopic effect.

3. Get your mindset straight for change, hydrate with your food, use the sun appropriately to maximize vitamin D uptake and it’s benefits, identify your EMF hot spots in your home and work (think about what is driven by electricity and magnetic fields in your home), move your lymph through efficient exercise (not excessive), and use boundaries and rules for anyone who doesn’t support your efforts.
