Everybody would love to get to their optimal state of health, and fast. The good news is that when you do the right things consistently, your body will recover much faster than it took to become sick.
For example, it took me 30 years before I had a complete health breakdown, and it “only” took me 5 years, 3500 hours of research, and a lot of money to become well again.
If I was to tackle the same issues now with the expertise I have been gifted through my tribulations, it would take about a year to get the same result.
So how do solve your health problems faster, regardless of what disease label you have been given?
First of all, you need to know what LEVERS to pull that provide the greatest return in the shortest amount of time. If you don’t get this right, you could spend decades or the rest of your life struggling and trying to get better.
The biggest and most effective lever you can pull is through your NUTRITION. For many this can be difficult due to the lack of personal motivation and guidance from established healers who know what a HEALING DIET looks like for recovering from virtually ANY disease.
When you are putting things in your mouth 3, 4, 5, or more times a day, it PAYS OFF big time when you get it right. Get some or most of it wrong, however, and you can set yourself back days and even months every time you do it. Bottom line, what type of food you eat inside the walls of your HOME is going to be the main driver for your recovery, and long-term health.
And if you thought intermittent fasting was the answer, that varies wildly from person to person, but doing it long term can deplete adrenal energy and leave you with nutrient deficiencies, if your diet is not ON POINT (eating organic and whole foods is only half the equation).
Bottom line, you can expect a huge improvement in your health in 4 to 8 weeks, when you follow a HEALING diet closely. Not only that, going forward you will know what foods work best for you so you can maintain your results.
Now the second biggest lever you can pull and the one people usually gravitate to first is SUPPLEMENTS. Most people choose supplements first because they are easy, heavily marketed, and don’t require much change. Unfortunately for people who use them, they can’t outwork a poor to average diet so it rarely results in REAL change, but simply management of the condition (without the supplement, the results disappear quickly).
However, if you get the right supplements to compliment your diet to help clear the major sources of your symptoms, they can become a MASSIVE asset to recovering your health much more quickly than without them. The only problem is supplements are often poorly selected and used, which means you have barely leveraged their optimal power.
In the end, if you properly combine healing nutrition and powerful supplementation properly, you’re off to the races.
Now the third biggest lever you can pull is LIFESTYLE. Things included in this category include mindset, exercise, relationships, therapies, time spent in nature, and more. The power behind each will depend on which one is your BEST medicine at the moment.
One major mistake MANY make when trying to recover from disease that incurs excess weight or arthritic pain, is exercise plans. The belief that the extra weight will come off with some movement and sweat doesn’t always work and often sets the individual back because it doesn’t properly clear the reason for the disease – infections and malnourishment. In fact, exercise will burn nutrients quicker, which is a road to nowhere good when the source of the disease is partly linked to nutrient deficiencies.
This doesn’t mean you become a couch potato, but rather, a smart mover that takes gentle walks in nature or jumps on the rebounder to stimulate flow of important bodily fluids.
So in case I wasn’t clear enough, without a good nutritional and supplemental plan, exercise is bound to create very LITTLE results in recovering from chronic disease.
So what are the most ineffective levers and the fastest way to POOR health?
Generally, conventional diagnostics are a complete distraction from the source of the problem and incur trauma while offering no healing answers at the end of the debacle. All in all, they’re very ineffective at helping someone recover from a health condition.
More natural diagnostics are better as you get closer to the source of the issue and the trauma is minimal at worst, and the remedy should in the very least do no harm. But they can also be a half-assed approach as the plan following the diagnostic results is typically pandering to your situation (ie. food avoidance and a few supplements).
I can definitively tell you the FASTEST way to POOR health is one that involves frequent visits with white coats and hospitals, that don’t treat the problem and incur trauma at every turn. Anyone who has been through the system for any length of time knows their overall health gets WORSE, not better, in our ineptly named health care system.
