When dealing with an autoimmune issue, a holistic and comprehensive plan is easily the best approach to ensure you don’t miss any factor that could compromise your ability to get great results. When I was dealing with 13 different disease conditions, I had to adopt a very wide ranging approach and dial in every area of my life to intricate levels, to come out of it not only successfully, but permanently.
This doesn’t have to be difficult, but it will be if you try to do it on your own. This is because you will miss many things despite having a doctor’s advice, including the biggest factor that keeps you from unlocking the next level of health that dramatically improves your condition and quality of life.
For autoimmune, a disease often associated with widespread inflammation, fatigue, and skin problems, that one major factor that is consistently overlooked is the need to be GROUNDED.
There are many aspects to being grounded, so before you assume what that means, listen closely for the main aspects of it that are crucial to healing autoimmune.
First of all, those with autoimmune disease often have endured psychological pressure and anxiety for quite some time, and often, they don’t even recognize it. When this is not diffused out of the body in a healthy way, it will build into your tissues and will eventually cause enough deterioration to your digestive system, liver, adrenals, kidneys, thyroid, and nervous system that you will start to manifest the typical symptoms of autoimmune disease.
To offset this, the individual needs to set boundaries, shift paradigms, and incorporate habits, foods, and herbs that will stabilize the adrenals and nervous system, and detox and nourish the kidneys, liver, thyroid, and digestive system to restore proper function. There are many solutions to this, but an easy start is to consider consumption of adaptogenic herbs like medicinal mushrooms, vegetables that grow underground that contain plenty of minerals, and integrating a routine that mitigates psychological pressure that keeps you out of the fight or flight response more often.
Secondly, those with autoimmune disease also have endured various infections, with core traumas often being linked back to toxic chemicals like glyphosate and heavy metals. In the case of the latter, the high positive charge related to the heavy metals will require strongly negatively charged foods to bind to them and help dispatch them out of the body. The best foods in this category are highly grounded, often found in bodies of water or plants in the very early state of development like algae and grasses. Consuming these foods regularly, either through food applications or supplements, it’s extremely important.
Finally, those with autoimmune disease that are dealing with heavy metal contamination are also more sensitive to conflicting and chaotic frequencies like non-native EMFs that can only be properly offset by GROUNDING yourself, your electronics and appliances, and your home. You can ground yourself through proper earthing techniques and carrying negatively charged earth elements like shungite, you can ground your electronics and devices through effective technologies that transmute or reorganize the conflicting frequencies into more harmonious ones, and you can ground your home by offsetting non-native EMFs coming from your electrical or circuit box, as well as major appliances and other hot spots in your home.
It’s important to note, as an example, one small piece of shungite is not enough to neutralize all those conflicting frequencies as described. This is why analyzing your biggest exposures and using the right grounding tech or habits to offset them is the best approach to start. Failure to do this properly will only allow autoimmune disease to fester, and very few health professionals will even mention to do this, let alone how to do it right, and that comes at the expense of your health.
So to summarize, the biggest factor missed by doctors when healing autoimmune disease is the need to be GROUNDED – mentally and physically. This is done by reorganizing your relationships and diffusing your electrically charged environment, while consuming foods and supplements that remove chemical contaminants from your body and put it in a much more alkalized and therefore GROUNDED, state.
