- Quality slow juicer
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 beet
- 1 lemon or lime
- 1-2 inch piece of ginger
- 1-2 inch piece of turmeric
- 6 mint leaves
- 6 basil leaves
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients through the juicer, adding the pinch of cayenne at the end.
Consumption
- As a daily tonic or as a remedy for a cold or sore throat.
