Most juice recipes are sweet, but for this recipe we added a spice party to make thing more interesting. In the end, you get an oddly tasty juice with enough immune system power to help knock out even the nastiest of bacterial infections, young or old.

Purpose

The purpose of this recipe is to provide a refreshing and spicy juice that will wake up you, your taste buds, and your immune system.

The combination of 4 beneficial spices, apples and beets, and a shot of mint are sure to dazzle your digestive system and give your liver a nice cleansing. Use it as an immune system fortifier, or to treat bacterial infections naturally.

Equipment Required
  • Quality slow juicer
Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • 1 beet
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • 1-2 inch piece of ginger
  • 1-2 inch piece of turmeric
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
  • Put all ingredients through the juicer, adding the pinch of cayenne at the end.
Consumption
  • As a daily tonic or as a remedy for a cold or sore throat.
