Equipment Required
  • Good quality blender
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups of sprouted almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp of maca powder
Directions
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Consumption
