Over 6.5 years, with hundreds of female clients with digestive and autoimmune issues, I noticed an “interesting” trend…

Those with the more chronic health issues, were women in their mid 50s. And I had MANY that were 55-58.

I come to realize that the late 50s was a “danger zone” for everyone…that most people got caught up with issues at that time (mostly digestive and autoimmune), and if they didn’t do anything to properly fix them, they could be “stuck” with those pains for the rest of their life (and potentially meet their untimely maker only a few years later.)

On the flip side, I found that those VERY few who made it through their late 50s relatively unscathed, could easily live into their 70s and 80s in good health (provided they took decent care of themselves).

So what is it about the late 50s that makes it such a dark alley? Why do health issues seems to crop up in that decade of life so much?

Really, it is anybody guess, but I see two major things that puts most women under more stress and toxic burden, than men, and the legitimate factors in causing that to happen.

Birth control pills and the pregnancy/birthing process.

First of all, birth control pills are medications. Many girls are put on them in their very early teens and stay on them cumulatively for a decade and often much longer.

These medications are like all others in that they have a toxic burden, and in this case, will really screw with your hormones. So because of this intervention with girls only, they have at least a decade or more of prescription medications than most men do.

Secondly, the process of being pregnant requires MANY resources from the woman’s body – nutritionally and emotionally. If not handled with extreme care, they can find themselves nutritionally depleted and mentally exhausted.

The traditional birthing process, in and of itself, CAN be a very traumatic experience. From ineffective positioning, lack of emotional support, poor medical guidance, drug intervention, and surgeries (C-sections), this can put a woman in a tailspin that they never fully recover.

It’s not their fault, but these are REAL events that put them at a sincere disadvantage due to the toll it can take on their health.

Sometimes these ills show up right away, in the mid 30s, and never really go away. Sometimes it feels just like fatigue, or general lack of lustre for life, for a decade or two.

This is where it starts.

But eventually, it seems to reach its climax where symptoms REALLY come to the surface, in the danger zone – the 50s.

This is all to say that if you are a woman, not feeling well in your mid 30s to mid 40s, that I urge you to be aware of what I have seen, all too often.

It takes a LOT more work to fix those issues in your mid 50s, than it does a decade or two earlier. Also, it takes a lot more money, and expertise.

Waiting until something breaks down is a sure fire way to ruin your health and quality of life, and make the experience of repairing it much more intense.

I get it. You’re something to everyone. But try being something to YOURSELF, for once. Do something for YOU, for a change! The perfect time is SOONER than later.

This “unfortunate decade” has to STOP. I’m tired of seeing it.

This means YOU have to DECIDE you TRULY want to be BETTER. You want to THRIVE. Then, the nutritional and lifestyle changes need to happen.

I’m not talking working out more and consuming more protein shakes. That is NOT going to heal your chronic health issues.

You need to really understand healing nutrition, supplementation, therapies, and more to unwind that toxic burden and those deficiencies. Then you need support while you do it for a long enough period of time to get results that mean something.

You don’t need to be perfect. But you do need to progress. And waiting another week or month or year just delays the process and makes it worse.

It’s time to get serious about YOU.

And I’m happy to help you turn it ALL around, in the THRIVE Academy. Where TRUE healing and THRIVING is fostered, like nowhere else. Lifetime stuff. Whenever you need it.
