As someone who has transformed their health primarily through nutrition and supplementation, I fully understand that there are some foods that are better than others with regards to healing. Overcoming 13 chronic disease conditions entirely under my own navigation isn’t a feat I would ever want to experience again, but it did provide me with the intimate knowledge of how powerful some of the purest and most potent superfoods on the planet can be as a catalyst to healing.
Sure, eating a whole foods diet is very important when trying to improve ones health, but many whole foods are not particularly healing for the body. This is why choosing more of the “top shelf” foods and herbs is extremely important, because they will facilitate a much faster and efficient recovery. Without them, I’m certain my journey would still be ongoing, 14 years later from the genesis of my health crisis.
Although there were many foods and herbs that were helpful, I have my all-star list and medicinal mushrooms were near the top. There’s good reason why about 10 of them make the top 50 of the safest, most nutrient dense, and most researched foods on the planet, dating back to their use as far back as 5000 years.
As a consumer of them for over a decade, I know exactly how important they were to my recovery and to my continued well-being today. In fact, I list them as one of the top 3 foods or herbs one should be consuming, based on the common health threats that exist for all humans today.
Find out how revered medicinal mushrooms are, what conditions they are helpful for (hint – one of them is an issue for ALL human beings at least in some point of their life), and how to enjoy them without inconvenience or insulting your tastebuds. It’s all in the educational and eye-opening interview, below.
