To those that have tried “everything”…here’s the missing piece.
When you are battling a chronic disease, it can become easy to become disenfranchised in a system that has little to few answers for your health problems.
Just know, that if you’ve tried “everything” in the conventional system, that’s why you are not better. When you try all the WRONG things, nothing is going to positively change your health, and that is what the conventional health care system will give you.
If you have tried “everything” in the alternative system (which is nearly impossible, by the way), know that doing MORE things isn’t usually the answer to resolving the problem. All that does is drain your wallet and dilute the practices that provide you with the most leverage for healing.
The most important thing you need to be is CONSISTENT with an organized plan, which means the things you do inside your home on a hour to hour basis is the most effective strategy.
Let me give you an example.
When I was sick, my neck would only turn about 10-15 degrees to the left before extreme pain would set in. To help with this problem, I’d go to the chiropractor once a week to adjust my neck. Although it would always provide some relief within 2-3 days, my neck would ultimately go back to where it was and I’d be miserable again.
HOWEVER, when I finally implemented DAILY practices that put me in charge of my health, and focused mainly on nutrition that removed infections (inflammation), within a couple months I no longer needed that chiropractor.
So in essence, I didn’t do more things, I did less, but I did do more of the things that truly mattered that I had direct control of and could easily implement every couple of hours rather than once a week.
Put another way, I was squashing the inflammation every few hours, knocking down the cause of the fire, where my chiropractor was only helping once a week, and not doing ANYTHING to remove the cause of my problem.
So when you get to thinking you have tried everything, I can humbly tell you, no you haven’t. You simply haven’t tried and implemented enough of the things that DO work, on a consistent basis, and taken control of your daily lifestyle.
