So your age has caught up with you, eh? Causing you all kinds of aches, pains, and got you on prescriptions?
Let me reframe that tired out idea for you.
We have correlated “aging” with health ailments for FAR too long. It’s an easy excuse, and one doctors perpetuate, because it distracts from the REAL reason people feel “old”.
Have arthritis? You’re getting older. Dementia? It’s your age. Sore back? Yep, you guessed it, the calendar is responsible for that.
What a load of BS
At age 48, I feel infinitely healthier and younger than I did when I was 30. Where’s the calendar and aging theory on that one? Right…I’m an exception. Sure.
The only reason I’m an exception is because I actually addressed the two major areas that cause what many claim is aging.
The first one is a chronic, embedded, toxic burden that continues to build and/or fester, creating a break down of vital organs and tissues that leave you feeling older.
Been on this planet for many decades? Each year, numerous insults affect you and continue to accumulate to the point that symptoms finally occur. It’s not random. You just passed the tipping point, is all.
Some of the insults are big ones, like injections, fluoride, mercury fillings, and glyphosate. Some are smaller and more glacial, like non-native EMFs and toxic skin care products. But the combination of hundreds of toxic insults is a driving factor to premature pain and disease, and it can happen at any age.
The second reason you feel old and worn out is due to the nutrient deficiencies that build up as a result of the toxic burdens, as well as poor food quality and digestive issues.
One major nutrient deficiency can create a litany of symptoms. For example, a lack of iodine can cause thyroid disease, skin problems, eye issues, and more. But simply taking more iodine is not usually the “cure”, as the effective removal of the underlying toxicities has to be addressed as well (and blockages can make this incredibly difficult, when not removed).
So when these obnoxious toxic burdens accumulate, and the nutrient deficiencies and imbalances go in the red, the unfortunate combination will result in disease labels and conditions that so many will chalk up to aging. So if you want to feel younger, stop cursing the calendar, work to resolve the toxic burden and rectify the deficiencies, and watch the “aging” symptoms deteriorate despite the illusion of the calendar moving forward and father time catching up with you.
