There’s really only a couple major reasons people become unwell and deal with chronic disease.
Chronic infections (biological, chemical, and ethereal), and malnourishment.
Biological infections can result in number of different ways, including improperly prepared food, dirty water, insect bites, and more. To get rid of these infections, a single supplement will rarely do…unless the infection is very superficial (relatively new).
Chemical infections can happen from chemically laced foods (glyphosate), tainted water (fluoride, chlorine, VOCs), dirty personal care products, environmental pollution, and heavy metals (dental procedures, flu shots, etc).
Ethereal infections are a result of things like non-native EMFs and childhood traumas. Both have significant and often underestimated effects on the body that can result in a lifetime of chronic disease.
As a result of these infections, nutrients often become depleted at a greater rate inside the body, and combined with a nutrient depleted food supply, it’s not unusual for someone to be dealing with a major nutrient deficiency.
One deficiency alone can cause problems, 2 or 3 will cause major chronic health problems.
While most consider individual nutrients via supplementation, I generally approach deficiencies in a more comprehensive and synergistic way due to the potential dangers of uploading one nutrient without considering balance with the others.
This is why food is always first, and concentrated whole food supplements, as the basis for the resolution of any malnourishment.
Following that, identifying the best foods, right combinations, and consistently using them in your diet is BEST way to gently remove toxicities and address malnourishment.
Then, procuring the CLEANEST and most POTENT whole food supplements is paramount, and knowing what medicinal doses are required to move out further infections and more rapidly address nutrient deficiencies.
