It’s no secret that detoxification is a fundamental requirement for healthy living. With a total of 287 chemicals being found in the cord blood of babies, and the variety of toxic burdens placed on us during our lifetime, it’s safe to say that proper detoxification is a practice that is not optional if one desires to live a healthy and happy life.

Fortunately, there are many different options to detox, but perhaps one of the most passive and enjoyable methods to do this is through an infrared sauna. Massively different from a traditional sauna, infrared saunas have an impressive percentage of toxins released in sweat that dwarfs traditional saunas, making them a no-brainer for detoxification purposes (find out how much more, in the video below).

However, there are some rules around using an infrared sauna, and some important considerations to make before you go out and get one for your home (and if you don’t have much space, that’s not a problem with new portable and put away models). To get all those fine details, check out the video below!
