How much of your energy are you giving away when trying to heal?

When you are trying to fix health problems, especially chronic ones, you need to conserve as much energy as possible, within the body and the mind, for effective repairs to happen.

Where are some energy leakages or blockages that will dramatically hinder your ability to heal properly?

Let’s start with food.

Every time you consume a processed or toxic food, you force your body to expend extra energy to rid yourself of that insult. If you are doing that multiple times a day, unknowingly, you lose precious energy that could have went to healing to removing that trauma.

And here’s the kicker…the food doesn’t have to processed or toxic to cause an insult that becomes an energy sucker. It could simply be a whole food that doesn’t resonate with your body in this moment in time. Perhaps it is gluten, eggs, nuts, or avocado.

What could possibly be wrong with those foods that can create a toxic insult and energy drain?

Your inability to DIGEST them properly. Did you know that you aren’t so much what you eat, as you are what you DIGEST? True story.

And energy takes a lot of digestion. Why do you think you or grandpa have to take a nap after a big holiday meal? Too much food in bad combinations, with too much digestive power required, equals the body gearing down to take care of that essential process, which leave you with little energy to function.

Until you learn to eat for optimal nutrition AND assimilation, healing will be stubborn.

So where else are you leaking energy?

How about your environment…

How much energy are you giving away on a toxic relationship? Ruminating about the problematic past? The unpredictable future? Stress?

How much energy do you give away to family members? Bosses? Friends? Colleagues? All of them require energy, but in many cases, they deplete way too much due to unhappiness or worry.

Do you have “enemies”? In real life or virtually? How much energy do you expend dealing with them? Are you watching mainstream TV? How much energy do you have after watching it?

Few take the toll of all these environmental factors, and there are so many more, like EMFs and pollution that sucks the oxygen and energy out of your body.

And what about your lifestyle? Are you exercising? How much energy are you expending doing that? If it’s more than walking, it’s likely too much until you heal your chronic health problem.

Tightening up those leakages, and changing your inputs to energy creators, will make a tremendous difference.

Eating whole, clean, nutritious, AND highly digestible food creations is a great first step. Creating boundaries where possible in your relationships so you are more inspired. Staying in the present moment. Auditing the electrosmog and air pollution in your home, office, and outside, and making adjustments where possible. Undertaking only light exercise to keep things flowing, like walking, Qi Gong, or rebounding.

Is it easy? Depends on your mindset. Is being chronically sick and miserable easy? Nope. So, you have to make a choice, and complaining about it is only another energy leakage.

Be like a hawk with your energy. Watch it closely. Take care of the leaks. Your healing will go to the next level and you’ll love yourself for it.
