Exercise…is it really the best way to lose weight and be healthy?
Exercise certainly is a way to lose the spare tire and slim down, but it doesn’t work nearly as effectively as the right nutritional and supplemental plan. In short, you can’t out exercise a bad diet and a toxic burden.
You see, the cause of your weight gain isn’t so much extra calories, as it is what is inside those extra calories. As an example, processed foods, animal protein, coffee, alcohol, grains, and flours are generally dehydrating. Too much of this in your diet and it’s not going to be easy to lose weight, especially if it is conventionally grown.
However, when you eat the right diet, your caloric intake is already managed appropriately by bodily signals and the toxins are stripped away from fat tissue (a safeguard to keep them from vital organs), which allows the body to gently releases those extra pounds in a consistent and sustainable manner.
In the THRIVE Academy, the average weight loss is 2-3 pounds a week, for those who NEED to lose 30-50 pounds of weight. It can go up to 5-7 pounds a week for those who are dealing with obesity, where they are 50-100 lbs overweight. This is WITHOUT a formal exercise plan.
Now, for those with autoimmune issues (especially thyroid related), exercise is often the least important thing to do. Sure, walking and staying relatively active can be helpful, but exercise routines for weight loss are often met with disdain by the body, and can lead to no results, and worse, increased weight. Plus, it doesn’t solve the source of their issues…infections and malnourishment.
This is why effort isn’t as important as the right plan. Put the two together though, and you’re golden.

Even though the THRIVE Academy isn’t geared specifically towards weight loss, it does it better than most programs, because it is a specific by-product of becoming well
