- Good quality blender
- 1 1/2 cups almond or hemp milk
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 3 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1 tbsp of hemp hearts
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 scoop of greens superfood powder
- In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
