Founder of Pachavega Living Foods Education, Danielle is a cookbook author, musician, rock climber, teacher, lover, world traveler, raw food chef, and Whole Foods Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultant. As a professor at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, she taught Holistic Nutrition Cooking, Superfoods and Whole Foods Preparation and continues to further her study in the science behind nutrition. In the fall of 2015 she will be returning to school to complete the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition’s Registered Holistic Nutritionist Diploma Program (R.H.N).
